8 Steps to a Smooth Sale

1. Hire a realtor who knows the market.

2. Set a timeline for your sale.

3. Get a home inspection.  Go ahead and fix the items that will be required.

4. Don't waste money on unnecessary upgrades.

5. Determine if you need to paint - either to touch up rooms or neutralize color schemes.  

6. Look at your landscaping.  Does it need some TLC to improve curb appeal?

7. Get professional photos and videos done.   

8. Set a realistic price with your realtor.
