Todd Oomens earned an in-depth knowledge of

Hilton Head real estate in his 20 years on the island.

Through a real estate video marketing career, he has

toured 100’s of properties.

As an appraiser, he gained expert knowledge in

valuing real estate. By joining the industry as a

realtor, he adds to a family legacy in island real

estate since 1989.

Todd was born in Dayton and grew up in Charleston,

but he has chosen Hilton Head as his adopted home

and recognizes everyday how lucky he is to live and

work here. Todd has a passion for helping clients find their own piece of paradise in the Hilton Head/Bluffton area.

He is a member of the Hilton Head Realtors Association and is also an avid cyclist, spending his free time biking the beaches and exploring. He is a member of the KABC Bike Club. He and his wife, Catherine, live in Harbour Town with their spaniel, Maggie.
